POS Payment Cancellation

Cancel any ongoing payment event on the RM Terminal from a POS system. Use when a payment must be aborted before it completes.

When to Use

Use this endpoint when:

• Customer abandons an in-flight payment
• Voiding an unresponsive terminal event before retry

How to Use

Step 1: Identify the Terminal

▾

Use the terminalId of the RM Terminal with the in-flight payment.

Step 2: Send the Cancel Event

▾

POST with type: "CANCEL". No body details needed beyond terminalId and type.

Step 3: Verify Cancellation

▾

A "SUCCESS" code confirms the cancel event was sent.
